We have chosen the name “Millie” after our Nanna who created amazing cakes – mostly intricate designs using royal icing and very much in the old school way.

Dione is a passionate cake designer and cook extraordinaire, mother of 4 …& dreamer! She started out making amazing cakes after her first baby over 10 years ago …and just hasn’t stopped! She is a driving force and pretty much a machine!
We love creating elegant, beautiful and mouth-watering cakes & mini-cakes, desserts, biscuits & preserves for 
– weddings including dessert bars
– special occasions
– private dinners
– corporate functions
… or even if you just feel like something sweet for dessert tonight!

Millie’s of Newrybar will always, as a priority use local, seasonal and fresh produce for our creations. We are lucky and grateful to be surrounded by so many beautiful farms and organic markets with plenty to choose from. We make everything from scratch and source our eggs locally, use high quality chocolate and dutch cocoa; and quality butter or alternatives (such as coconut oil).  Please note that filtered rain water is used on the premises which is regularly maintained and registered with NSW Health.
